House in beautiful Prague suburb

Relax with the whole family at a 4-bedroom house (150m2) with a garden and large terrace in one of the most beautiful suburbs of Prague, 25 mins from Prague city center. The space This is the place if you want to feel like you’re at home rather than in a sterile hotel. I really believe in vibes and positive energy and make sure that’s reflected in my space. The house itself consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 4 independent bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, two bedrooms have single beds, and one bedroom has a foldable sofa for 2 persons (140 cm). There is a large bathroom with shower, bath, and double sink, a smaller bathroom with toilet, bidet, and sink on the first floor and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Please feel free to use the garden equipped with the garden furniture and a grill. Parking is available for 2 cars just outside the house. Guest access Linen, towels, and soaps are supplied in the bathrooms. There is tea/ coffee in the kitchen. Simple instructions to use the kitchen appliances, washing machine, and dryer are available. Other things to note You can reach Prague city center by car or taxi in 25 minutes (Bolt about 15€ one way), or by public transport in 45 minutes (bus + subway, 1.7€), the Prague airport is reachable in 30 minutes by car (Bolt 20€). The largest water park in Central Europe (Aquapalace Prague) and the largest shopping center in the Czech Republic (Westfield Chodov) are just 15 minutes away. The village itself is located on the southern border of Prague, offers a number of restaurants, shops, supermarkets including Tesco, bakery, pharmacy, parks, children’s playgrounds, skatepark, modern central square and is surrounded by nature. The house is located in a quiet residential area, parties are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited.
