We use a top rated mattress, quality linens and plenty of pillows. There are enough lights and outlets to cater to every need – my travel experience in countless hotel rooms and AirBnBs has taught me what a traveler really appreciates. You can even sit in the bed and watch TV. I have focused on creating a place in which you will feel instantly at home – whether for a single night stay or for several weeks; Relax in the comfortable sofa, watch your favorite movie or series on Netflix, or get some work done with (50 Mbps) Wifi. A dedicated table near the huge window for your online work - overlooking the magnificent view of Makati skyline gives you a sense of achievement. You will find a well equipped kitchenette with stove, a large fridge/freezer, a coffee making equipment, a microwave, a electric kettle, a rice cooker and cooking utensils. The bathroom is in a modern and clean design, and has a rain shower with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. Guest access You have the entire apartment as your private space. The swimming pool on the 8th Floor of the building is available (except Monday) with prior reservation at the PMO Office Basement 1. Pool Use: Rate per Day 150/head - Regular day 300/ head - Holiday The apartment sleeps 2 people, and has enough space to accommodate a guest or two during the day. For longer stays, I add in a free weekly cleaning of the condo; and additional cleaning services are available on request for a reasonable price. To help us maintain a safe and harmonious environment, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines: 1. No smoking is allowed within the building, inside the unit. 2. To ensure everyone's restful sleep, kindly observe the noise curfew from 10pm onwards. 3. We do not allow parties or similar events to be held inside the unit. 4. Please take the trash out to the Garbage Room (located near the elevator), especially food leftovers and takeaway containers. 5. To help maintain the cleanliness and quality of our bedding, we kindly ask that you refrain from consuming food or drinks inside the bedroom. 6. To conserve energy and ensure everyone's safety, please turn off all appliances whenever leaving the unit. Please remember to turn off the stove after cooking. 7. We're sorry, but as much as we love furry friends, pets are not permitted in the building. 8. To help maintain the proper functioning of the toilet and avoid any inconvenience, we kindly request that you dispose of used toilet paper in the bin provided instead of flushing it down the toilet. 9. Please remove your shoes after entering our unit and leave them at the designated area near the door. 11. We take pride in our furnishings, and we kindly request that you take good care of them.
