The toilet is independent, but it is only at your disposal. When you come, my children will not be home, I will be the only one present. The rooms are on the ground floor, mine is upstairs. They lock. You will have access to the living room and kitchen if you wish. The space My house is a Bordeaux shop renovated in 2020-21, made of stone, well insulated, it is cool in summer. The shops are less than 10 m away, the tram, buses, self-service bicycles as well. Leave your car (or come by train) and visit Bordeaux by public transport.
