Spruce House on College Hill

Guest access You will have exclusive access to your bedroom, and shared use of the kitchen, living room, upstairs bathroom, main floor half bath, and backyard. During your stay Your hosts (Mark and Caitlin) will generally be available to help you, answer questions, serve up a cold drink, make restaurant suggestions, or otherwise be of service! We are happy to engage in conversation, but also happy to give you time and space to enjoy your stay as you wish. Other things to note We have a very sweet golden retriever/Newfoundland mix named Sophie. She is very relaxed and friendly, and is usually snoozing in a corner.
