In addition, the house offers a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Any group or family wanting privacy will find this Florida beach rental ideal. The fifth bedroom is a lock off suite attached to the main beach house for a little separation from a big group but still under the same roof. This suite also has a private bath and an extra day bed with two twin beds. If you use the twin beds and fold out couch, the house will sleep 14. You’re welcome to bring your boat as this beach rental house has a public boat ramp literally across the street, just steps away. The Bay Esplanade house also offers private parking and is roomy enough to park your boat trailer. March and April, June, July and some other holiday times are minimum 7 nights and typically are Saturday to Saturday. Age minimums do apply and there is a significant cash security damage deposit for groups under 25 years old. Pets are possibly allowed but must be disclosed and there is a pet fee. The pool can be heated for an additional fee some months of the year.
