In the cocoon of the 3 brothers, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: restaurants and local shops, the Aéroville shopping center and its cinema are accessible in 15 minutes by car. 3-minute walk to the RER D to visit Paris, then come back and relax in the SPA or in front of a Netflix movie. Asterix Park and the Mer des Sables are a 20-minute drive away, and Disneyland is 45 minutes away. The Stade de France is 20 minutes away. A perfect base for the Olympics. The space The 3 brothers' cocoon is located: - 3-minute walk from the RER to the Stade de France and Paris - a direct bus to CDG airport or 15 minutes by car. You will access the villa by a staircase that overlooks: - a private patio - ping pong table - children's vehicles will be available. When you open the door, you will reach the living room area, equipped with: - a large screen TV - Netflix - Amazon Prime - an Xbox 360, games and Kinect - board games - children's games - DVDs will be available for you to enjoy your stay. The dining room with a table for 6 to 10 people on request. The fully-equipped kitchen for 10 people: - oven - microwave - refrigerator - freezer - dishwasher - washing machine - coffee machine - toaster, will be waiting for you to cook up some good dishes or just to warm them up. On the ground floor, a bedroom is equipped with: - a sofa bed that allows sleeping 2 people 80*200*2. - - - toilet - a shower. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with queen size beds (160 x 200 cm), one with a private shower. The last bedroom is ideally a children's room with a bunk bed that will delight them.
