Budget-Friendly Downtown Studio (2C)

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. The space A tastefully decorated studio, with a minimalist style in a private 2-story apartment building. Located central to everything in downtown Troy, and just a quick walk to the Bus Stops, local restaurants, shopping, bar scene, and entertainment. The studio is a private suite on the second floor of the building with it’s own bathroom, and a dry-bar with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and food-prep space (note: no full kitchen) The studio also includes a work space, space to hang your clothes, wifi, and a Flat screen smart TV. The studio was created to provide an affordable way for visitors to access and enjoy downtown Troy and the Albany capital region. Please note, absolutely NO PETS. Other things to note 1) This suite is situated above an under construction co-working business. 2) During the summer season, the staircase outside the apartment gets very hot and during the winters the staircase area outside the apartment can get very cold. 3) Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Checkout is at 10am but we offer a complimentary extension to 11am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. 4) If you'd like to pay to check out later, the latest we can do is 1pm, at $25 per hour. Please let us know one day in advance before 5pm if this is something you'd like to arrange! 5) Our core hosting value is to be a good neighbor. We extend this 5-star experience to you, our guests, as well as our property partners. This means we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite. The number of people inside the suite may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense.
