Beautiful & bright two bedroom flat on the second floor is set in an historic Grade II Listed Georgian terrace, make yourselves a Nespresso coffee and stroll to the boutique shops and restaurants of Clifton village a stones throw from the flat. A ten minute walk from the famous Suspension Bridge. Just a short walk from the lively city centre and the Harbourside with its eateries and art galleries.The flat is well kitted out with HIGHSPEED internet. Guide books to Bristol are provided. The space This is a two bedroom flat on the second floor of a Grade II listed building. The kitchen, which is large enough for a table to seat 5 people, faces onto the back gardens and so too does the master bedroom with the kingsize bed. There is a short corridor with the shower room off to one side. At the front of the building lies the sitting room and the second bedroom. Both these rooms have old wooden shutters and the back bedroom has a blackout blind. In the kitchen you’ll find all the usual condiments: salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, instant coffee and ground coffee, coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine and peppermint tea as well as breakfast tea. The flat currently benefits from super fast internet 🛜 with speeds upwards of 500mbps ⏩. An important thing to note is that the living room window 🪟 needs an important repair and has therefore been nailed shut. We ask guests not to try and use/open it when staying. All of the other windows in the flat can be opened of course - although given the chilly winter weather you might not want to anyway! ❄️🥶😊The repair (rather a big one) will take place in March 2026. There are two short flights of stairs up to the front door of the flat so be aware if you have lots of suitcases/baby equipment! If the stairs are going to be an issue we prefer you do not book our flat. Parking 🅿️ : We do encourage you to come by train if possible as parking is at a premium in these parts! However if you want to bring a car we do have a limited supply of digital permits you can purchase. Restrictions are in place Monday to Saturday 9am - 9pm (Sundays are free) Please bear in mind that we have two NHS nurses who live upstairs. Their footsteps can be heard at times so if you have a baby napping during the day it’s best for the travel cot to be in the front bedroom, above which there is soundproofing. Guest access The flat is on the second floor up four short flights of stairs. Guests will have access to the entire flat. Other things to note PARKING: We're happy to provide visitor parking permits for a charge however we have a limited supply. Restrictions are in place Monday to Saturday 9am - 9pm (Sundays are free) Please tell us when you book how many and which days you want covered! The flat is on the second floor, up four short flights of stairs. If you leaving the flat when it gets a bit darker, you can light the hallway but flicking the switch at floor level just outside the apartment door. We do not provide bedding for the travelcot so please bring your own! The cot itself can be found under the bed in the second bedroom.
