Enjoy nearby access to fairgrounds, Cook Inlet, Caribou Hills, Deep Creek, and Ninilchik River. We love hosting visitors and take pride in doing anything we can to make your stay the best! When you stay at Sparrow’s Nest you have the whole property to yourself. Enjoy your friends, family, and Alaska in this quiet and private place! The space A private bedroom with one queen bed, and a large loft with two queens and a twin bed. Full bath with tub and shower. Newly installed on demand hot water ensuring hot showers for all with no delay. Comfortable sitting areas in both the connected living and dining areas. Full kitchen with everything you might need (if you need something reasonable that is not provided we can likely get it to you quickly). Laundry in the private bedroom. Laundry soap and dryer sheets provided. New fire pit area being created in the back yard. Beautiful Volcano views and a nice deck to relax in the patio furniture. Guest access The entire 1.4 acre parcel and cabin are yours to use. Two shed outbuildings are on site as well. The shed closest to the home has a freezer for your catch.
