Stay in our comfortable and cozy king pool-view suite, fully furnished with beautiful coastal decorations. Our suite has all the essentials you need for a relaxing stay. You can sleep comfortably on our king-size bed, watch your favorite shows on the smart TV, and enjoy free Wi-Fi during your stay. If you love to cook, our full kitchen is perfect for you. You can dine inside or enjoy your meal poolside. Our suite is perfect for solo travelers, couples, and anyone who enjoys cooking. The space Our Premium Suites are beautiful, cozy, and compact. They are decorated with a lovely coastal feel to them, and while they may be small they are fully equipped with everything needed for an awesome stay. A comfortable new king size mattress will guarantee a great night sleep. The room has a smart TV with cable access to relax and unwind at night, Free Wi-Fi to stay connected with your loved ones and stream your favorite TV shows. The kitchen is equipped with a stove or cooktop, microwave, fridge, and the kitchen is stocked with all you need. You can enjoy your meal in the table located inside the room or poolside in the communal deck. This room has wardrobes to store your belongings neatly and safely along with a private bathroom. We recommend this suite for single travelers and couples staying for a prolonged period of time, and those who take advantage of a home cooked meal. The suite is located just 2 blocks away from the beautiful, quiet white sand beaches of Lauderdale by the Sea. We are only a short stroll to Lauderdale by the Sea pier and downtown where you can always find an awesome vibe, live music, and plenty of tasty food. Guest access You have full access to our newly renovated pool, courtyard, grill, outdoor shower and lounge chairs. Tommy Bahama beach chairs are available on a first come / first serve basis. Other things to note The Virtual reception is open 24/7 via phone and message. Contact-less (self) check-in and check-out. Unfortunately, we are not a pet friendly property. We love our furry friends but unlucky situations have caused us to change our policy and strictly enforce it. Service Animal Assurance Form must be completed for reservation accompanied with a Service Animal. IMPORTANT: A person who knowingly and willfully misrepresents herself or himself as using a service animal and/or being qualified to use a service animal commits a misdemeanor of the second degree. Animals whose sole purpose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM (No loud noise or music) We service our units in the Airbnb/Apartment-Style Model. We do not offer regular hotel amenities and do not offer traditional housekeeping services. We set up our units with all the essentials for our guests to start their stay. As products are needed our guests replenish from local markets. On-site washer and dryer is offered for guests at no charge. They are located at the back of the building. Extra cleaning services are available at a surcharge. Because of South Florida's tropical climate we perform monthly fumigation services once a month during the 3rd week on Tuesday with a professional company. We will kindly need access to all units in order to perform this service. Prior notice will be sent when this service will be performed. The treatment is odorless and non-toxic to humans. NOTE: Windows may be sealed/blocked and as a precautionary measure we recommend maintaining them closed if not screened, along with keeping doors closed to decrease chances of outsider insects from accessing units. An online "terms & conditions" form separate from Airbnb must be signed before check-in in which you have to send a copy of your ID. This is our virtual registration form. No Smoking on premises (smoking on site will be subject to a $250 penalty and automatic removal from our apartment) The host reserves the right to enter the unit for emergencies and service orders with previous notice to the guests. The pool is open from 8am to 10pm.
