DREAM VACATION AM(MER)LAKE – Exclusive three-room apartment near the lake in Schondorf The space Welcome to our sunny and lovingly furnished apartment in Schondorf, one of the most beautiful communities on the west bank of Lake Ammersee. The spacious three-room apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet residential complex surrounded by well-kept gardens. From here you can reach the lively town center in just a few minutes on foot with small shops and supermarkets, cozy restaurants and cafes, a pharmacy and the train station. You can also quickly stroll from the apartment through the beautiful lakeshore facilities with adventure playground, beach bath and steam jetty. The paddle wheel steamers of the Ammersee boat ride across the entire lake for excursions to, for example, the famous Andechs monastery or the picturesque artist community of Dießen. Attractive apartment for couples and families Our comfortable apartment is the perfect oasis for relaxing holidays on the lake. It is very spacious with about 65 square meters of living space and offers in addition to a bright living-dining room, two cozy bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. The living-dining room impresses with its brightness and is equipped with a large dining table, a comfortable corner sofa and a modern TV. From here it goes to the pretty south-facing balcony, whose awning gives you pleasant shade if needed. Right next to the living-dining room is the compact fitted kitchen. Perfectly fitted fixtures offer a lot of storage space and the modern amenities have everything the heart of the chef desires. In the bedroom you will find a fantastic box spring double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a desk where you can work concentrated in peace if necessary. The elegant bathroom with bathtub leaves nothing to be desired and completes the upscale furnishings of the ground floor. A small spiral staircase leads to the sunny room in the attic. Please note that the stairs are not suitable for young children or those with reduced mobility. The bright and spacious space under the roof serves as a cozy retreat can be used in many ways. Two comfortable single beds, which can be combined into a double bed, as well as a third bed, are available for a restful night's sleep. Other things to note The spiral staircase that connects the lower part to the gallery (2nd bedroom) is steep and not suitable for small children or people with limited mobility. This sleeping area is open down the spiral staircase to the entrance area of the apartment.
