This is our main house. It is just 1 km from the Stade Pierre Mauroy, where the 2024 Olympic Games will take place! Be at the stadium in minutes on foot! You can leave your car at the property and come back quietly. A luxury! The 100 m² garden + terrace is a real plus in the area. You will also be located only 15 minutes from the main square by car, or less than 10 minutes from the city center. A peaceful haven combining city tours and the Olympic Games! Enjoy! The space Our accommodation is composed of a master bedroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs (including a dual-aspect room). Perfect for 6 adults and 1 teen/child. (Possibility to add a baby bed in the bedroom of your choice) It has a terrace and a super well-maintained 100 m² garden with hammock and swings. A garden table with a beautiful plancha is at your disposal. A large 75" smart TV with a powerful home theater and fiber internet equip the house. The kitchen is functional, with oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, oil-free fryer, etc. A washing machine completes the property. Duvets and pillows provided. BRING SHEETS AND TOWELS! Being our main house, we have a cat that walks around independently, without you having to worry about it. If you are allergic or do not want it to be present, just let us know and we will drop it off at our neighbors. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, except for the outbuilding located in the garden. Other things to note This house is ideal for visiting the city of Lille or going to see a game at the Stadium. Located at the end of a courtyard, the house is very quiet. Rare for a townhouse.
