This sumptuous cottage, built in 2022, made of wood and local stones includes a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, billiard room and offers all the comforts necessary for a prestigious and relaxing getaway in the heart of an Ardennes forest. The space Designed to accommodate 10 people, Villa Wood includes 5 bedrooms with individual bathrooms, including a suite with a private spa area, an office, a large dressing room and a safe. The living room can comfortably accommodate 10 people and is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, a 65" TV and a home theater. The modern and ultra-equipped kitchen is open to the living room and dining room that can accommodate 10 people thanks to its large solid oak table. The wellness area includes a Finnish sauna, a jacuzzi and a bathroom with rainshower. The billiard room, with a retro atmosphere, is equipped with a living room for 6 people, a 55" screen and a home theater. The laundry room is equipped with an ice maker, a 2nd fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a dryer. The gite has a terrace with a lounge area for 10 people and a terrace with a bioclimatic pergola with a table for 10 people. Guest access The entire accommodation and all its amenities (swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, etc.) are private and are not shared with other guests. Other things to note The outdoor pool, 12 x 4 meters, is heated to 28°C from mid-April to mid-October or mid-November (this may vary depending on the weather). The pool terrace is equipped with 12 deckchairs and a small lounge. The landscaped garden includes a petanque court and a swing for children. The parking lot can accommodate 4 to 5 cars and has a charging station for electric vehicles (additional charge).
