The space THE PROPERTY Vintage Ranch is comprised of 66 acres, half of which is planted with mature grapevines and ancient olive groves. The huge farmhouse and charming cottage have room enough for 10 guests with a beautiful lawn, communal space and authentic red barn between the two homes. Pack a picnic, take a walk, ride your mountain bike or plant a yoga mat under a canopy of an ancient oak tree for a one of a kind experience. THE FARMHOUSE INTERIOR Stunningly appointed, the farmhouse boasts 2600 square feet of inviting space spread out over two floors. Downstairs you'll find a fully equipped kitchen including Wolff range and chef's side kitchen, formal dining room, spacious living room and office. Across the hall is the primary bedroom (king bed) with ensuite bathroom and second bedroom (queen bed) and bathroom. Head upstairs for two more bedrooms (queen) and two more full bathrooms. THE COTTAGE INTERIOR The cottage is beautifully appointed and has all you need. Thru the front door you'll find a stocked kitchen with full size range and fridge along with anything else you might need to cook a full meal in and enjoy the cottage at sunset with a glass of wine in hand. Beyond the kitchen is a comfortable dining room to sit and map out the days adventures. To the right of the kitchen is the bedroom with a plush queen bed and desk if you're working on the go. To the left of the kitchen is the bathroom complete with a claw foot soaking tub with tree house like views, a full shower and ample space to prepare for the day. THE FARMHOUSE EXTERIOR Whether you're taking in the sounds of the crickets, meandering the vineyards or watching elk graze in the back field the outdoor space is sure to bring respite and leave you with fond memories of the ranch. THE COTTAGE EXTERIOR Rock in the chairs on the front porch with a cup of coffee, enjoy a meal alfresco under the twinkling lights or take in the sounds of the crickets around the gas fire pit, the outdoor space is sure to bring respite and leave you with fond memories. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house, cottage and surrounding grounds. Other things to note Your furry friends are welcome to join your retreat, please be sure to include them on your reservation. For your safety and peace of mind, the property is monitored by exterior security cameras. These cameras are located on the exterior of the home and do not have views of any interior spaces. Our landscaper is typically on site Thursdays for routine maintenance.
