Nice House In Birsta

Here you find a cozy house with 5 minutes with car to both Sundsvall and Timrå and just a short walk to the big shopping center Birsta City with IKEA, Media Markt etc. The house is very functional. You will find three bedroom. Two with separate beds, but some of them can be refurnished into double beds, and a third singel bedroom. Also one bed in the living room (with a door) if needed to use as a forth bedroom. Outside there is lawn where you are welcome to play or have a bbq.
