Discover Malasaña from a bright and comfortable room! Private room with double bed, desk for teleworking, Smart TV, ceiling fan and window to interior patio. Large closet with built-in full-length mirror. Kitchen and two shared bathrooms in my home, quiet and well-kept. Ideal for temporary stays for work, studies, internships or treatments. It is my usual home (not a tourist home), registered in the RUA. ID or passport will be requested according to current regulations. The space My home is a spacious and cozy house located in the vibrant Malasaña neighborhood. I have a total of 5 rooms, of which I use 2 for my personal use. All are designed to offer comfort and rest after a day working, studying or exploring Madrid. You will share an equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with those of us who live here, in a respectful and quiet atmosphere. You'll also have central heating and air conditioning, to feel good at any time of the year. 📝 Current regulations Before your arrival, I will request a digital copy of your ID or passport if you are over 16 years of age. It is a legal requirement according to Royal Decree 933/2021, which requires the registration of stays. Your data will be handled confidentially and in accordance with the GDPR. 📍Location We are a few steps from the Gran Vía, in the heart of Madrid. Ideal for temporary stays for work, studies, internships or treatments. If you fit this style of coexistence, it will be a pleasure to share this space with you. Guest access The kitchen is shared and equipped with everything you need for your day-to-day life: stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, utensils... You also have a washing machine at your disposal and a space reserved in the cupboard and in the fridge to store your purchases. The bathroom may or may not be shared, depending on the time, since several people live together at home. Whatever the case, you will always find it clean and well cared for. This is a lived-in home, not a tourist accommodation, so it's important to keep the common spaces as you would like to find them: clean, tidy and ready for the next one. The essential thing is mutual respect and good coexistence. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, at home, with tranquility, functionality and everything you need for your stay in Madrid. During your stay I live on the same floor, so if you need anything during your stay, I'll be around to help. Whether it's a practical question, a recommendation to get around Madrid or just to chat for a while, you can count on me. You can write to me by app, phone or email — choose the channel that is most convenient for you. I usually respond quickly and will be happy to help you with whatever you need. The idea is that you feel well accompanied, but with total freedom and privacy to enjoy your stay at your own pace. I am here if you need me. Other things to note Accessibility: My house is on the second floor without an elevator. About the home: This is my regular home, not a tourist accommodation. Here I live and share spaces with people who occasionally rent any of the available rooms, always for non-vacation reasons (work, studies, internships, treatments, etc.). 🔹 Basic rules Respect and coexistence: The atmosphere at home is quiet, so no parties or loud noises are allowed. After 10:00 pm, we ask you to keep a relaxed tone to encourage everyone to rest. Shared bathrooms: There are two bathrooms, both with bathtubs. If you need to shower in the early morning, it is preferable to use the pink bathroom (next to the kitchen) so as not to disturb. Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped and available for you. Please make sure to leave it as you found it: turn off the gas after using it, clean up after yourself, and close the gas tap on the wall after cooking. Washing machine and drying: You can use the washing machine after consultation, to indicate the available times. If you don't have detergent, we'll try to leave you some. As for drying, the outdoor clothesline is not used; if you need it, we can lend you one for your room. There is a dryer in the house, but it is not available for regular use. If at any time you need it for a specific reason, let me know and we will assess whether it can be used in that case. Cleaning and details: Use the mat after showering and, if the floor gets wet, you can use the mop (it is next to the refrigerator). For safety, always turn off the lights when leaving and make sure to close the front door properly. Important: Do not tamper with the boiler gas key labeled “DO NOT USE”. 🛂 Legal compliance According to Royal Decree 933/2021, we are required to identify all guests over 16 years of age. This implies: Sending a copy of your ID or passport before check-in. Presenting the original document upon arrival. The house is registered in the RUA (Single Rental Registry) as a habitual residence. All information will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the GDPR.
