Other things to note We’re excited to welcome you to Sandrine Villa! Once you arrive the property, our caretaker will be in the house waiting for you. Check-In Reminders: No early check-ins or late check-outs. Safety deposit: PHP 1,000 (refundable if no damages and timely check-out). Pet Policy: Pet deposit PHP 250 per pet. Pets should not use the pool or lounge on beds/sofas. Diapers recommended. General Guidelines: 1. Noise curfew starts at 10 PM; please keep the volume low. 2.
