Spacious -2 Story Reno Getaway

This clean 2600 sq.ft. home is a perfect getaway for your family/group of up to 10. A quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, casinos, hiking/walking trails, Mt. Rose ski resort, restaurants & grocery (Safeway & Walmart) all within 15 minutes away or less. We have strong wifi & all the amenities you’ll need like comfy beds, linens, towels, & kitchen appliances for your cooking needs. Level 2 EV charger located in garage. Our home is cleaned & disinfected thoroughly after each stay. The space The home has plenty of space and accommodates up to 10 guests MAX. You’ll find 2 doorways upon entry, a main entry & a guest suite entry. Both areas are connected & you will have access to the entire home. Security cameras are present outside in front & back, sides, and the garage for your safety and ours. This allows us to know when guests enter or leave the premises & be sure garage is not left open. There’s absolutely NO PARTIES or large gatherings allowed. The max at any time is 10 (this includes adults & children combined). If police, neighbors or we have to step in, you will be asked to leave, no refunds, no exceptions. The guest that reserves the home must be present & staying throughout the duration of the stay. No additional guests, nor anyone not included in the original count may stay. These are AIR BNB policies. We ask that you please care for this space & be respectful to our home & neighbors. When using outside space, or backyard, be sure to also keep volume to a minimum out of respect to our neighbors. Guest access You will have access to the entire home (both main part & guest suite). The entire home comfortably sleeps 10 guests max. No other guests allowed during your stay without prior approval. We have a keypad entry & alarm (which will be shut off just prior to arrival) Keypad code will be provided the day of check-in as it changes for each guest. You will enter through the main door on the left. Wifi password will be found inside the home. Other things to note We have all appliances for your cooking needs. Rice cooker, air fryer, gas stove, tea kettle, oven, toaster, and 2 coffee makers (some Keurig pods provided, guest responsible if more desired). We also have snow-play sleds for your convenience & to be used at your own risk, located in the garage if needed. The master closet & kitchen pantry will be locked. -Level 2 EV charger in the garage. Please use in the garage only -The main TV has a VSeeBox which has several channels. All other TV’s, you may use your own streaming accounts. -We are NOT responsible for any lost/misplaced items. Be sure you gather all belongings prior to check out. If you need an item shipped back, we ask that you pay shipping costs first and it may take several weeks. -On occasion, if there is a lot of wind, you may hear it. There is also chance of snow. We provide scrapers and shovels located in the garage. -If you are there on Monday evening, we will ask that you kindly place the garbage bins on the curb for Tuesday morning pick up. -The entire home is “shoe-free”.
