Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. *House Rules:* *Gym and Pool Access:* - The gym and pool are located on the UP floor (Rooftop). To access them, obtain a schedule from the lobby. - Write your name and unit number in the logbook at the gym/pool area for the desired hour of use. *Garbage Disposal:* - The garbage chute is inside the main stairs white door (Stainless box) after the Elevator. - Dispose of garbage only during the designated times: 6-8 am, 10-11 am, and 3-4 pm. *Air Conditioning:* - For safety reasons, always switch off the air conditioning and all electric devices before leaving the unit. - The air conditioning must not be left on when you are going out. - Any issues with the air conditioning or the unit during your stay are your responsibility. *Breakfast Option:* - Guests can enjoy the breakfast buffet on the rooftop floor (Up) from 6 am to 10 am for just 450 pesos per person. The buffet offers a variety of delicious options to start your day right. *Check-in and Check-out:* - Check-in time is anytime after 2:30 pm. - Check-out time is 11 am. *Long-term Stays:* - For stays longer than 7 days, if the Meralco electric bill exceeds 3000 pesos for that month, the excess amount should be shouldered by the guest. *Damage Policy:* - Any items damaged inside the unit should be reported and either replaced with a new one or charged the amount for the damage. *Cancellation Policy:* - Cancellation or alteration requests must be made at least 7 days before the reservation date to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, it is non-refundable as stated in the cancellation policy before booking. *Additional Fees and Penalties:* - Smoking inside the unit incurs a penalty of 10000 pesos. - Parking is available inside the building for a fee of 300 pesos per night. - A one-time pet fee of 2000 pesos per dog is applicable. - A penalty of 1000 pesos is charged for any stains on the bedding. - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to a fee of 250 pesos per hour.
