While the garage and outbuildings remain off-limits, fear not, as ample parking awaits in the driveway and along the front of the home. Featuring five bedrooms (One is a room with lots of toys) and two full bathrooms, including a bathtub upstairs and a convenient stand-up shower downstairs, our home boasts comfort and convenience. Downstairs, a washer and dryer stand ready for guest use, ensuring your stay is as effortless as possible. Families will delight in our assortment of kids' toys, both indoors and outdoors, promising endless entertainment for our younger guests. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood on a dead-end road, our home offers the best of both worlds—just a 30-minute drive to Coeur d'Alene, ID, and a mere 10-12 minutes to downtown Spokane. As per Airbnb’s policy, guests must confirm that their service animal is necessary due to a disability and specify the tasks the animal is trained to perform. Please note that emotional support animals are not permitted at our residence, in accordance with Airbnb guidelines, and we reserve the right to decline these requests. Our property maintains a strict no-pet policy due to allergy concerns and the additional cleaning required. Furthermore, should there be any evidence of pet hair or additional cleaning needed after a guest’s stay, an additional cleaning fee of $250 or more may be applied in line with Airbnb's policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests. Guest access Parking in the driveway ( up to 2 cars) as well as parking in front of the house. Outbuildings not for guests Other things to note Please note that upon booking our home, we kindly request photo identification for verification purposes. Additionally, it's possible that we may be on-site in the back office during your stay. However, please rest assured that this office is completely separate from the main house, and our presence there is solely for business purposes if we happen to be in the vicinity. We will always inform you in advance if we anticipate being in the back office during your stay. All utilities included in monthly rate HOWEVER, if Avista (Electricity) bill exceeds $175 the guest will be responsible for the overage through a payment request via Airbnb.
