Whether it's relaxing on the porch, in the stock tank pool (can be heated), BBQing, watching the deer, or going to the lake; there’s plenty to do! We’re close to: Comal Park - 6.6 mi Whitewater Amphitheater - 12 mi Floating the River - 13 mi Schlitterbahn - 20 mi Near New Braunfels, Wimberley & San Marcos. Ample parking for boats/RVs. Only 700 ft from boat ramp #6. The space Upstairs: Primary bedroom 1 has a king size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser and TV. A private bathroom includes two sinks and a walk in shower. There’s a walk in closet with a pack n play that provides a dark and quiet space if needed. This room has access to a private balcony as well. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with two nightstands and a dresser. This room has a smaller walk in closet. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with two full size beds and a queen bed. A secondary bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower combo and two sinks. There’s a queen size air mattress to accommodate more guests if needed. Downstairs: The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking essentials such as pots, pans, baking dishes, a toaster, Keurig coffee maker and basic seasonings. The dining area has seating for six and there’s four additional barstools at the kitchen island. There’s a high chair if needed. The living area offers a 65 inch smart TV with apps to log into. The sectional sofa is spacious and comfy enough to sleep on. Half bathroom downstairs. Laundry room with washer and dryer. The side porch off the kitchen has a gas grill (propane tank provided but gas not guaranteed). Stock tank pool for cooling off in the summer and can be heated in the winter (inquire with host ahead of time to have this turned on). **Please note that security cameras are in use outside of both entrances.** Other things to note *While boat ramp #6 is closed, you can walk down and relax on the sandy shore next to the ramp, go for a swim or launch your kayak/paddle board. *Canyon Lake Marina and Cranes Mill Marina are both currently still doing boat rentals. *Using stock tank pool is at your own risk and host is not responsible for anything that may happen.
