Stay just steps from Sayers Lake in a spacious loft with historic character. Loft by the Lake is a bright 2-bedroom suite in a historic bank building in Howard, PA. Sleeps up to 8 and is about 30 minutes from Penn State and Lock Haven University. Complimentary Pizza: Every stay includes 1 pizza from Brother’s Pizza, right downstairs. Need more space? Inquire about reserving This Old House next door for larger groups. Please note: Second floor; stairs required. The space All of the rooms are big with high ceilings and lots of light. Pets are allowed with a fee of $75 PER EACH PET PER RESERVATION . Because of our guests dining in at the pizza shop below, we ask that pets are kept quiet. It is important to keep the pet noise under control for the purpose of the pizza shop's customers. If you need to leave the pet while you go out, please leave them in the closed in sun porch where if they do bark it will not create an unpleasant experience for the customers in the dining room downstairs. There is a mini split where you can set the temp to keep your fur baby comfortable while you are away. Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after them. Guest access As guests you'll have access to the entire upstairs space. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT DETAILS: Bedroom 1 has a King size bed. Bedroom 2 has Queen size bed and a Twin bed that PULLS OUT into a King size bed. The living room couch pulls out into a queen size bed.
