Boats N Hoes at Soldier Creek

Our home is cozy/casual. It's in the highly desirable SOLDIER CREEK (C St) neighborhood! We are very close to the little market & diner just in case you forget any staples such as mayo, bread, beer etc. along with Caney Creek Beer Garden that has a full-service bar, jukebox, and pool tables. Less than a mile to the free dock, Marina Del Rey, and Our home is 2 rooms, 2 bath and a front room w/full-size pull-out sofa! Sleeps 5-8 The space Perfect cozy place for a summer or winter get away. Lots of parking available and boat parking in front of shop or to the right of the shop (for longer trucks and boats) Please, no parking on the grass. 1 mile only to launch your boat! We are walking distance from a little Mart if you forget anything, a bar right around the corner with a pool table and sometimes music. Outback on the porch is a table that can expand with 6 chairs along with a charcoal Weber with BBQ Tools. On cooler nights, enjoy the fire pit! You will provide the wood unless there is wood there upon your arrival. Added string lights out back too to provide extra lighting. It is located on C Street that has other short term rentals in the area which makes it perfect if your family or friends want a rental at the same time. You will for sure see and hear the birds chirping and may even catch a turtle or deer on the lawn. You will need to ask for approval for a dog. Dog must be dog friendly and must be in crate if you leave the house. There is a golf cart rental guy in Soldiers creek if you would like to get around in a golf cart. You will see a lot of people using them in the area so please keep a watch out for them. UTV's are allowed to be driven in the area also. Guest access The whole house is yours, you can even let the kids pitch a small tent out back to have more of a camping experience! Our neighbors with the connecting sidewalk are full timers there are are very nice. They do have a dog that roams time to time that is dog and people friendly. Nice Lab. The shop is locked up and cannot be utilized. Other things to note There is a small ice maker on the counter and the ice maker in the freezer works very well. There is a drip coffee maker in a cupboard to the right of the oven. If you would like to put an air mattress in the front room with the full size bed you may. 7 to 8 guests max please.
