After a day spent exploring Seattle, take a break and unwind at this peaceful cottage. The fully fenced yard provides privacy and security for you – and the kids and dog! Ideal for singles, couples or a family up to four. The space - Fully fenced with latching gate - Front bedroom with attached full bathroom - Rear bedroom/den with large closet, outdoor access, sofa with pullout bed - Back deck has dining table; additional chairs available in storage bin next to shed and in bedroom closet. - Plenty of safe street parking and driveway available. - Happy to answer any questions! Guest access You will have access to the entire property, minus the shed. A key code will be provided for the front door lock. Other things to note For everyone's safety, the house has a security alarm with doorbell camera to monitor the property. Do not touch the security panel. We do not check the camera unless necessary. You might see our nonverbal, special-needs adult neighbor, Frankie. As a descriptor, he is a taller Black guy. He is friendly, sweet, and means absolutely no harm but may be curious about you, especially if you have a dog. Your kindness is appreciated but don’t be afraid to tell him to go home or reach out to me if he is a bother! 🙏🏼 We are happy to welcome your young children but we also want them to be safe so please note that the house is NOT baby-proofed (uncovered sockets, unsecured furniture, etc).
