Enjoy your stay near Fort Leonard Wood in our historic home in an established neighborhood on the famous Route 66! Our single family home boasts original hardwood floors and cheerful art deco, all while being conveniently located near historic downtown Waynesville. We are just 12 minutes from the main gate of FLW and feature a fully fenced in back yard! Pleasant Mornings offers high speed wifi, a smart tv, and a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate quality time spent with loved ones! The space Our home is within seeing distance of the historic Route 66 and is a short walk from our local Pulaski County library. The front bedroom features a queen sized bed, a closet, and a designated work space/vanity with a multi power strip for your utilization. The second bedroom offers two twin sized beds and a closet with toys to entertain kiddos. The third bedroom offers a queen sized bed, a closet, and a half bath adorned with vintage records. Pleasant Mornings is equipped with a smart tv and a kitchen, with appliances such as a coffee maker, microwave, full size refrigerator and an oven. You will also find a toaster and blender as well as utensils. During the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons, a half dozen of locally sourced free range chicken eggs will be provided in the fridge for guest's use. Please let us know if you’d like a dozen delivered during your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to all of the living space on the main level. Guest access to the unoccupied (storage) basement is restricted. Other things to note Please note that the back door is for emergency exit only. The back yard can be accessed via the gate in the driveway.
