Bed is 34 inches high. No smoking, pets, or visitors. No kitchen or laundry. Not suitable for events or kids. BBQ available for a $50 fee (paid in advance). The space the bed is high,(34 inches tall )for this reason it is not suitable for children under 13-15 years old if they are in danger of falling out of bed. Owners are not responsible for any accidents that occur on the property . Guest access Inside the suite, exercise bike, computer desk outside the suite. The property have a BBQ on site available to the guest used USD $50 for stay, pay in advance. No refunds will be given due to none use. regardless is for business or vacation. Other things to note *Let's Make a Difference Together!* Help us conserve water and energy. Towels and sheets are washed after each guest. We kindly ask that you: - Turn off all lights when not in use. - Set the heating to 72°F when you're inside and leave it at 65°F when you go out. - The heating system adjusts based on the room temperature. If you set it above 70°F, it will lower automatically once the room stabilizes. - The air conditioning is set to work at 68°F, and if it goes below that, the thermostat will adjust it automatically. Please note: penalties may apply if there are any issues with the thermostat or HVAC system misuse.
