⚠️ Weekends & Holidays: Family home with deck construction; staying in the suite all day on these dates is not allowed. ⚠️ Full payment required before check-in; balances after check-out not accepted. After 10 p.m., requests/messages are answered in the morning. Peaceful, sanitized 1-bedroom suite, private entrance, 20 mins from Boston. Parking for 1 car. Bed 34” high. No smoking, pets, visitors, kitchen, laundry, kids, or events. The space the bed is high,(34 inches tall )for this reason it is not suitable for children under 13-15 years old if they are in danger of falling out of bed. Owners are not responsible for any accidents that occur on the property . Guest access Inside the suite, exercise bike, computer desk outside the suite. No refunds will be given due to none use. regardless is for business or vacation. Other things to note Heating (Winter/Cold days): • Keep the temperature between 65°F and 70°F — never higher than 70°F. • Please set to 65°F when you leave the house. • Note: The heating system adjusts automatically. If set above 70°F, it will reduce on its own once the room warms up. Air Conditioning (Summer/Hot days): • Do not set below 68°F — 68°F is the minimum allowed. • If set below 68°F, the system will adjust automatically to maintain this limit. Important: Any misuse of the thermostat or HVAC system may result in additional charges.
