Guest house with lake view

Here, it feels like you're in the countryside, but still in town. You live in peace and quiet, without TV, by Lake Varpan with only 2.5 km to Lugnet's ski stadium and 3 km to Falun of Falun. You have 600 meters to the forest and Lugnet Nature Reserve. Swim in the lake from the jetty in the summer or take a dip in the ice hole in winter. Wood-fired sauna is available, bring your own wood if you want to use the sauna. In winter, if the weather and wind allow, there may be a plowed ice rink/walking path on the lake, and ski trails are usually prepared. The space Private guest house with large windows overlooking Lake Varpan where you can watch the twilight with magical sunsets if the weather and season allow. The house has an upper floor/loft with a bedroom, where you can close the door behind you, with a smaller double bed (140 cm x 200 cm). A small office space with sofa bed for one (classic retro type about: 80 cm wide, see the picture in the gallery) is also on the upper floor, that space is open to the lower floor where kitchen and living room are located. In the living room, you can fold out the sofa into a bed for two (140 cm x 200 cm wide). The kitchen has a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In the bathroom there is a shower and a washing machine. Please note that there is no TV in the accommodation. Look at the pictures and read the information we've added below them and you'll get a good idea of the accommodation. Wood-fired sauna is available to borrow, if you want to use it for sauna baths, bring your own wood. (available to buy at e.g. Byggmax, Preem-macken nearby or Granngården here in town) Guest access As our guest, you have access to the guest house. We live in the house right next door and we share the garden, jetty and patio down by the lake. Other things to note • Cleaning is not included, you as a guest clean yourself according to the check-out manual located in the house. • Bed linens and towels are included, you do not need to bring your own. • Garbage sorting is done, labeled containers are available for this. • In the guest house there is no blackout, in the summer you can enjoy the light and sunset from the large windows overlooking the lake. If you want it to be dark when you sleep, especially if you are going to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, we recommend that you bring a sleeping mask or similar. • There are three beds in the guest house, see the information in the listing description. Depending on how you want to sleep, it fits 1-5 people, so if you are 5 people, it means that some of you will have to share a bed.
