This stylish villa (Upstate Demre), located in the prime Kumdağı neighborhood, is perfect for couples and small groups who would like to enjoy the Turkish Riviera with fascinating sunset views and easy access to the best beaches and bays of the region. With an outdoor and indoor pool and a sauna, Upstate Demre provides the highest standards of living for your precious vacation. Upstate Demre is designed as a modern reinterpretation of the indigenous Lycian architecture of the region. The space Our villa has two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The living room has two couches that can be converted to beds. We have one outdoor and one indoor pool. We also have a sauna that can sit 6 people. Guest access Our villa is rented as entire place. Our guests will have the entire villa to themselves during their vacation. Other things to note Our villa is a 5-minute drive to Demre Downtown. It is a 3-minute drive to Taşdibi, Suluklu, and Çayağzı beaches. Çayağzı beach also hosts a marina where the yacht tours to Simena and Kaleköy happen. We kindly request a security deposit of 300 Euros upon our guests' arrival. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out if no damage to the property is found. The heated pool is available from mid-October to April for an additional €15 per day, to cover the extra electricity costs. Registration Details 07-8646
