Holly Trail New Modern Treehouse with WIFI, TV, A/C and full bath. Very private, nestled in the woods surrounded by lots of beautiful Holly trees, creeks, trails and natural beauty. Centrally located within approx. 30 minutes to Clemson or Downtown Greenville and 10 minutes to Downtown Anderson. Pool is not included in treehouse rental price. Must reserve pool through swimply. The space The Tree House is now complete and ready for guests. Inside, there is a microwave, griddle, electric stove eye, kuerig coffee maker, pots, blender, pans, silverware and plates. Paper plates and cups also provided. Outside, there is a combo charcoal & gas grill with cooking eye and a fire pit area with seating for guests to use. Pool use is seasonal only. May - September Our private pool is called "The Private Resort (not a backyard pool)" and is a top Swimply fan favorite. The pool is a separate rental on Swimply. Guest access To park you will pull into the pool yard area and pull down to the treehouse sign. It is a small walk through the woods from parking space to the house. There will be directional signs to the tree house location. The keyless door code will be provided within 1 to 2 days of check-in. Other things to note Located at the Treehouse: WIFI, New smart Samsung TV, charcoal/gas combo Grill, Keurig coffee maker, blender, microwave, griddle, cook top, small size refrigerator. Swimming Pool can be rented on Swimply for your Treehouse rental dates (only available May - Sept., pool times must be available and booked on Swimply).
