The space Spacious 1250 square feet on the top floor of a 2 story house that is divided into two private and separate units with a yard. Includes 2 bedrooms: 1 King bed in master, full & a twin trundle in 2nd room & a full size hide-a-bed in living room. Sleeps 6 people comfortably, can have up to 7-9 people. Home is powered by 33 solar panels adding up to 10KW of peak power production. Solar powered home and electric vehicle charging available. 240V/50 amp outlet for a Tesla/Ford Lightning and others. Also have a 120v for other vehicles like older Prius. Bring your own adapters for your vehicle, It is the outlet only. (refer to picture) Work from home? A corner office is ready and waiting for you. Kid and dog friendly. Treats, dog bowls and dog waste bags are provided for your pet family members. Two Lounger chairs are in front of an electric fireplace. A great place to drink your morning coffee that is one of a kind and roasted just for us. We have it made special and it's not sold to anyone else. 5.3 miles to downtown Astoria, 12 miles to Seaside, 3.2 miles to Fort Clatsop home of Lewis & Clark, 6.2 miles to Fort Stevens State Park with the Peter Iredale Ship Wreck & Battery Russell Fort/Museum. Kitchen is very well stocked! Just refer to our reviews... Spices, oil, pans, baking sheets, bowls, corn holders, pressure cooker, air fryer, rice cooker and so much more. House is on a dead end street in a older neighborhood with a brand new apartment complex down the street that is 99% complete. Still working on the landscaping. The Downstairs / Basement unit is owner occupied so if you need anything please just ask. We are here for you. You have the top unit and the front yard with a BBQ and yard chairs, and the swing set, not fenced. Inside the cedar fenced back yard is owners only. BBQ utensils are under the BBQ lid. Movies and board games are available. No cable but every TV is internet connected and has ROKU with 200+ live TV channels and 1000'S of movies streaming. You can bring your own log in for other streaming services. TV in every room and living room. We use a "BOARDING PASS" for all check-in and check-out. You will get a LINK to the boarding pass when you book. Click on the link and follow the directions. It will require some basic information and a waiver/pet agreement will need to be signed so please don't wait until last minute to complete. Guest access We use what we call a *Boarding Pass* that is sent to you after booking for all your check in information, smart lock codes, guidebooks, questions and parking information. It is your all in one guide to our property. For Access to the house you must complete our "Boarding Pass* verification. It is a web link that has a verification step that will ask a few stay related questions as well as some very basic guest information to help us make your stay better. You will need to sign a waiver/pet agreement to stay with us. If you disagree with our waiver/agreement cancel within 24 hours of booking or within the cancellation window to avoid cancellation fees. ****IMPORTANT**** IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CELL PHONE LET US KNOW ASAP SO WE CAN GET YOU THE DOOR CODE IN ADVANCE! OR IF YOU DID NOT PROVIDE YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER IN THE RESERVATION WE NEED TO KNOW SO WE CAN MAKE SURE YOU GET THE ENTRY DOOR CODE. Smart electronic locks with a door code. No keys. After booking you will receive a text and email with a link to our BOARDING PASS. The Boarding Pass is your guide to checking in, checking out and has the door code to get into the house. Using the Boarding Pass is REQUIRED since it has your door code. Park in the front of the house or on south side of the house in gravel driveway across from the mailboxes. You will receive a code before check in that unlocks the door. EV outlet at end of gravel driveway on south side of house across from the mail boxes. Other things to note We have a driveway on the side of the house that is perfect for parking your fishing boat, RV or Trailer. Treats, dog bowls and dog waste bags are provided for your pet family members. Outdoor cameras mounted by outside entry doors and looking at driveway for security purposes only. Ring doorbell on porch in case you need to reach us for emergencies or you lock yourself out. **If smoke or heavy odors are detected in the house, a up to $200.00 cleaning fee can be charged to remove residual odors.** **You are responsible for your pet. Dogs only. If your dog has FLEAS you will be charged up to $500 for pest control treatment of the unit. You may also be charged for any cancelled reservations due to treatment time**
