It will require some basic information, ID and a waiver/pet agreement will need to be electronically signed. Outdoor cameras mounted by outside entry doors and looking at driveway, down the entry stairs and back driveway for security purposes only. Ring doorbell on porch in case you need to reach us for emergencies or you lock yourself out. We are a No Smoking property including marijuana and vaping. If smoke or heavy odors are detected in the cottage a up to $200.00 cleaning fee is charged to remove residual odors.
