The space Nestled on the outskirts of the traditional village of Minies, unwind and immerse yourself in a slower pace of life. Spend days unwinding on its glorious sandy beach at Megali Ammos, delve into its twisting countryside walks, and try Greek cuisine at local restaurants. Designed to take advantage of the sublime landscape, we’re in awe over the dreamy patio terrace that directly overlooks the hypnotic seascape. With the coast at your doorstep follow a small private footpath to a sublime stretch of rocky coast along the water’s edge, just adjacent to the villas. The glistening pool sitting in its raised terrace is an extension of the glistening Ionian Sea below, lined with cushioned sunbeds for savouring the Greek sun. If dinner at sunset sounds like a dream, the outdoor dining table is perfect for tucking into a feast while watching the sun go down. There’s even a barbecue area, where you can grill up some fresh seafood or veggies picked fresh from the vegetable garden on site. When you’ve had your fill of swimming, head through the patio doors to a spacious and airy living area. Full of comfort and style, the interiors are contemporary and bright, with coastal-themed décor, pastel-painted walls, and wooden furnishings. Built as a split level with upper and lower living quarters, Villa Tramonto Minies has been designed with space in mind for up to ten guests to unwind and relax together. You’ll find two living spaces, both with crème-coloured sofas that invite you to kick off your shoes in blissful comfort in front of the brick fireplace and flatscreen TVs. Both kitchens are homely and warm, with an abundance of worktop space, modern lighting fixtures, and sleek pine cabinetry. Extremely spacious, the five bedrooms spanning across the villa are simply beautiful and designed in a minimalistic way. On the entrance level raised ground floor, there is one ensuite double bedroom and a further bedroom with bathroom adjacent. On the lower garden level there are three bedrooms, one double with ensuite shower room and a further bathroom shared by the last two bedrooms, a double and a twin. Perfect for larger groups of family or friends, Villa Tramonto Minies is neighboured by Villa Alba Minies, it's identical sister villa. *- Please note that the two floors are not connected internally and each can only be accessed through external doorways.
