Enjoy a quiet fresh home with family friendly activities in the area. Neighborhood pool is just a block away with a kiddie pool. Several neighborhood parks make for great spaces to walk/run and great playgrounds for children of all ages. Just a couple miles from Mesa Gateway airport if you’re catching a flight and close to the 202 for easy access to the rest of the Phoenix valley. Guest access Enjoy your own bedroom with queen bed. Across the hall is a detached (and shared) full bathroom. The full bathroom is only shared with one other guest room of 1-2 individuals. All bedrooms are on the second floor. Feel free to use the rest of the house as well! Kitchen, fridge, main rooms, yard, etc. (Limited room in fridge and pantry). A pool key is available and the neighborhood pool is just a block down the street. Just ask! And occasionally access to two sweet doggos that will accept endless pets when they’re at the house. During your stay I am available by app messaging or phone and will be in the area during your stay. If you are wanting some company, I’d love to chat and swap travel stories and hear about what you do. If you’d like space, that can also be easily accommodated as the home is well split into a few sections. Other things to note I would love to receive a rough ETA on the day you check-in. This will allow me to keep the dogs out of your way while you get settled or make sure they are in the backyard or in my room should I not be present during your arrival. Because this is a lived in home and many spaces are shared with the homeowner and pets, you should be recommended by other AirBnB hosts and a Valid ID must be verified on your profile.
