The villa is just a few minutes from the sea (Rena Bianca, Capo Testa or Rena Maiori) and close to the port, a quick connection to Corsica, or the islands of the Costa Smeralda. Welcoming and comfortable environment, where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding nature with all the comforts of a welcoming home. Guest access Guests can use the entire upper floor of the villa. In the living room there is a staircase that leads to the floor below but it is a second apartment in the villa with access right at the back of the house. The two areas of the house are perfectly divided and guests can use the entire floor above in complete privacy (garden, veranda, outdoor shower and parking). The floor is currently not accessible due to renovation works. Other things to note The villa is made up of two floors, an upper one, which can be viewed via the photos in the advertisement, and a lower one which is intended for the owners who are occasionally present in Sardinia. The two floors are separated by a staircase in the living room which divides the two apartments but remains always closed via a door to guarantee complete privacy for both occupants.
