The space THE LOFT Newly renovated and luxurious, this loft features a spacious living room with smart TV, Netflix, board games, sofa bed, kitchen with coffee/tea/herbal tea station, and balcony with swings. On the same level, the bathroom is equipped with a hammam shower, comfortable underfloor heating and an adjoining laundry room with washer, dryer and hypoallergenic soap. Refined and conducive to rest, the bedroom extends over the entire top floor of the house and includes 2 queen beds, a freestanding clothes rack, a private balcony and an independent air conditioning/heating system. Perfectly oriented, the loft offers both remarkable sunrises and sunsets. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake up to the sound of birdsong. THE HOUSE On the main floor is the reception, the shop and the processing kitchen (maple syrup and other local products), while in the basement there is an art workshop and a small fitness area. The house is part of an agricultural estate, including vegetable gardens, cows and woodlands. A place conducive to discovery (observation of animals, visit of artisans at work, walk in the forest). The estate offers several excursions, workshops and guided tours.
