Other things to note The 57 m² 3-room apartment with balcony on the sea side is suitable for up to 4 people and is located in the first row to the beach. Your vacation home has two bathrooms and two separate bedrooms. Just a few steps and you are on the kilometer-long sandy beach of the island. The location The light-flooded apartment is located in a northeastern location and is on the fourth floor of the Dänholm house. The Baltic Sea is at the front door - in just 130 meters you can reach the fine sandy, kilometer-long south beach. In the surrounding area, numerous excursion options await your visit: the Prora Documentation Center, the Prora Center, the Rügen Vintage Car Museum, the Rügen NVA Museum, the Rügen Galileo Science World, the Binz-Prora Climbing Forest and the Rügen Natural Heritage Center with the treetop path as well as the popular Karls Adventure Village in Zirkow. Within walking distance there are two bakeries, some bistros as well as a restaurant, small fashion and souvenir shops as well as a bicycle rental shop. A sailing school is about 3 km away. In the nearby Dormero Beach Hotel (about 800 m), you can purchase day tickets and enjoy the pool, sauna and fitness area to your heart's content. Both bedrooms each include a modern box spring double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m or 1.60 x 2.00 m), wardrobe and offer the luxury of their own bathroom! One of the bedrooms also has its own SMART TV (43 inch). Both stylish bathrooms have underfloor heating, towel warmers, a walk-in rain shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. The cozy apartment offers you a balcony on the sea side with an idyllic view towards the Baltic Sea and the dunes and the dune forest; here you can relax wonderfully and enjoy the island feeling of Rügen. Please note that this apartment is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. Special features A separate room with washing machine and dryer for free, shared use is available in the house. A laundry rack, iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum cleaner are provided in the apartment. A car parking space as well as storage facilities for your bicycles outside and a lockable bicycle room are available free of charge. The Dänholm house has an elevator and a paid charging station for electric cars.
