Welcome to the Michelsberg vacation home. In the entrance area in front of the house there is a small, romantic seating area where you can wonderfully review and end the vacation days. The shops are located in Münnerstadt about 5 km away. The two spa towns of Bad Kissingen and Bad Neustadt are each about 12 km away and are certainly worth a trip or two. Bad Kissingen, with Kissalis thermal baths, Bad Neustadt with its beautiful outdoor pool The space or Bad Königshofen with its Frankentherme, all not very far away, await your visit. You can also drive very quickly to the land of the open distances, the Rhön. Here you can visit the Wasserkuppe about 50 km away, with a gliding museum, or the Kreuzberg monastery about 35 km away, with a refreshing monastery beer. Endless opportunities for hiking can actually be perceived right at your doorstep. Numerous winter sports opportunities are also offered there, provided there is snow. For chilling and swimming, the Ellertshäuser See can be visited and enjoyed in about 30 km or the Sulzfelder See in about 25 km. The Dreieichen Wildlife Park in Schweinfurt, the Klaushof Zoo in Bad Kissingen or the somewhat more distant zoo in Gersfeld are also worthwhile destinations. For strolling and shopping, you can conquer the cities of Schweinfurt, Würzburg or Fulda, which are a little further away. The bed linen is already included in the rental price. Our small vacation home Michelsberg is located in the center of the 220 inhabitants of Burghausen, a district of Münnerstadt, at the western foot of the Michelsberg in the district of Bad Kissingen. From here, some hotspots around Burghausen can be explored. For example, the church ruins on Michelsberg, the Burghäuser Blick, the Reichenbacher Blick and last but not least the Haarder Blick. Since 2022, we have had a Hochrhöner extra tour that leads directly to Burghausen.
