Excellent base in Newton Abbot within 20 minutes drive to both Dartmoor and South Devon Beaches at Teignmouth, Dawlish and Torquay. The whole house is available with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Its a very spacious family friendly home with garden with good facilities- basketball ring, trampoline, swingball, table tennis and patio for bbq or chimenea. The space You enter this beautiful Victorian home through the hall way where there is an upright piano and doors leading off to both reception rooms and the breakfast room kitchen and utility room/downstairs toilet. Upstairs we have 4 bedrooms and 3 are available (the 4th is office and storage). Master bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed and is our older boys room. Next is a single bedroom with bunk bed and then a large double with a super king size bed. It is a well set up family home with lots of books, toys, sports equipment and lego. Upstairs we also have have a family bathroom and a separate toilet. The garden can be accessed from the drive at the front of the house via a padlocked gate, or from the kitchen- We have plenty to keep a busy family active, trampoline, table tennis and more.
