Boat ramp is across the highway at Winged Deer park. Condo is not lakefront but all common areas are. Close to Bristol Motor Speedway and new Bristol Casino. Close to stores and restaurants. Guest have access to entire except looked closet in the garage. Host lives 15 minutes from condo if needed. Otherwise guest has no interaction with host. The condo is not lake front but is a short walk to the lake. Guest have full use of the boat slip marked 37 for fishing, swimming or anything of boating. Guest need to respect other owners slips and boats.
