The space It is an apartment in a villa surrounded by a 5000-square-meter Mediterranean garden, with about 200 rose plants and a 3-hectare estate almost cultivated with citrus fruits, olive trees and oak woods. The apartment consists of two floors. On the ground floor, which is accessed via 3 steps, there is the kitchen, the living room, two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and TV, and a third bathroom. From the living room you can access a large space of the garden reserved exclusively for guests with a covered gazebo for a dining area, deckchairs, umbrella, sunbed and barbecue, with a reading corner under a majestic olive tree. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, blender, and dishes all in the same color as the house and the surrounding nature, olive green. In the "olive green" bedroom, every detail recalls the olive grove and the surrounding vegetation, from the wallpaper, to the paintings, to the linen. The bed is ultra-comfortable, with a topper and a set of pillows. In the "terracotta" bedroom, the colors of the earth blend with the color of the flowers of the garden, from pink to mauve. The king-size bed is equipped with a topper and a set of pillows. The upper floor is accessed by a comfortable oak staircase. In the open space, there are two huge sofas, if necessary also sofa beds, with a TV area, remote work area with a desk overlooking the estate and the plain and the sea in the background. In the park there are several points for outdoor relaxation, with comfortable sofas, tables, foosball, yoga mats, and a small path to walk in the olive grove and admire all the plants of the Mediterranean maquis and roses. Walking in the olive grove, you enter the swimming pool of about 60 square meters, with salt water, infinity, with whirlpool, sunbeds, umbrellas, deckchairs. The pool area is for the exclusive use of guests. In the vicinity of the swimming pool, there is an open dining area surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean countryside with a barbecue and wood-burning oven, with a patio. Guest access The two-story apartment is available for guests, as well as the swimming pool, which is for exclusive use. The portion of the garden with a gazebo can also only be used by guests. To comfortably enjoy the finely furnished spaces, requests for stays of up to a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children can be accepted.
