The space It is an apartment in a villa surrounded by a Mediterranean garden of 5000 square meters, with about 200 rose plants and an estate of 3 hectares almost cultivated with citrus fruits, olive trees and oak forests. The apartment has two floors. On the ground floor, which is accessed via 3 steps, there is the kitchen, the living room, two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and TV, and a third bathroom. From the living room you can access a large garden space reserved exclusively for guests with a covered gazebo for dining area, deckchairs, umbrella, sunbed and barbecue, with a reading corner under a majestic olive tree. The kitchen is equipped with induction stovetop, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, blender, and dishes all in the colors of the house and the surrounding nature, the olive green. In the bedroom "green olive" every detail is reminiscent of the olive grove and the surrounding vegetation, from wallpaper, to paintings, to linens. The bed is ultra-comfortable, with toppers and pillow sets. In the "terracotta" bedroom, the colors of the earth blend with the color of the flowers of the garden, from pink to marsh. The king size bed comes with a topper and pillow set. Upstairs is accessed with a comfortable oak wooden staircase. In the park there are several points for outdoor relaxation, with comfortable sofas, tables, foosball, yoga mats, and a small path for walking in the olive grove and admiring all the plants of the Mediterranean scrub and roses. Walking in the olive grove, you access the pool of about 60 square meters, with salt water, with an infinity, with hydromassage, sun loungers, umbrellas, deck chairs. The pool area is for the exclusive use of guests. In the vicinity of the swimming pool, an open dining area surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean countryside with a barbecue and wood-burning oven, with a patio. Guest access The apartment on two floors is available for guests, as well as the swimming pool, which is for exclusive use. The garden area with gazebo can also be used only by guests. To comfortably enjoy the finely furnished spaces, we can accept requests for stays of up to 4 adults and 2 children Other things to note The basement is occupied at night and/or at certain times of the day by staff for the management of the estate and the pool, and for the cleaning and maintenance of the large green spaces, as well as for guest support.
