The 1/2 acre outdoor space includes a patio for entertaining, a propane grill, an 8-foot picnic bench, large lawn for games or relaxing, and a fire pit area with seating for six. Across the street is a brand new playground area, perfect for families to enjoy but far enough that it's not noisy. Marina Cottage is air conditioned in the main living space and two bedrooms, includes central heating throughout and a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. This home was fully renovated in 2022 with new kitchen, bathrooms, woodwork, furniture, appliances and technology. All living spaces include Samsung SmartTVs plus a soundbar in the main living space for cinema or music. Home Truths: This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings. Property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. There are also two cameras on the outside of this home: one on the front doorbell and another on the garden, security light. These are used for security purposes when the property is empty and are not monitored when the home is occupied.
