Tropicana Lofts, a new addition by Canggu Property, has been operational since April 2022. Offering 18 modern lofts, each with a private kitchen, the property is ideally located in Berawa, Canggu. Managed by a professional team, guests can expect a stylish and comfortable stay at this centrally located property. The space Loft #33, situated on the third floor, offers a beautifully decorated and fully equipped kitchen with a bar, two fire stoves, a fridge and freezer, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The living room area features a large sofa, a Smart TV Ultra HD 4k 43 inch, and high-speed wifi up to 200 mbps shared per floor. The loft also includes a king-size bed located on the mezzanine upstairs with a wardrobe, safety box, drawers under the bed, an air conditioner, and a balcony. The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower and a hairdryer. Guest access Complimentary parking is provided on-site exclusively for motorbikes and scooters. We regret to inform you that our parking area cannot accommodate cars. However, cars are allowed to access the property. Other things to note We take pride in providing our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. During your short stay (less than 28 nights), we are pleased to include the following amenities to ensure your convenience and relaxation: - Electricity - Housekeeping services every 2 days - Linen change on request (up to twice a week) - Complimentary drinkable water - Gas for kitchen use - Complimentary shampoo and soap - Pool and garden maintenance - Fast speed wifi, up to 200 mbps shared per floor Please note that personal laundry is not included in our services. For guests staying 28 nights or more, we are delighted to offer an automatic additional discount and the same inclusions as our daily guests, except the electricity excluded. HOUSE RULES - Check-in/out: Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If you arrive early or need a late departure, feel free to drop off your luggage between 9 AM and 3 PM – our team will be more than happy to assist you! - Occupancy: Our cozy spaces accommodate 2 people for a one-bedroom unit, 4 people for a two-bedroom unit, and 6 people for a three-bedroom unit. Extra person will be required an extra bed with an additional charge of IDR 500.000 net per night - Security Deposit: We kindly request a refundable security of IDR 1.000.000 deposit before your stay to cover any potential damages. You'll get this back on your check-out date. - Pets and Durian: As much as we love pets and durians, our property isn’t suitable for them. IDR 2.000.000 will be charged for any violation. Thank you for understanding! - Quiet Hours: To keep the peace, please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. - Prohibited Items: We have a strict no-drug policy. - No Smoking: Our property is smoke-free. A deep cleaning fee of IDR 1 million will be charged for any violations. - No Parties/Events: We kindly ask that you don’t host parties or events. - Electricity: For stays under 28 nights, electricity is included. For longer stays, electricity is not included. Please contact our team for top-up assistance. - Belongings: Please use the safety box for your valuables. We’re not responsible for any missing items, so better safe than sorry! - Children Policy: We welcome children under 12 years old to stay with their parents at no extra charge when sharing a bed. For children 12 years and older, please arrange for an extra bed in advance. As our property features a mezzanine-style layout with bedrooms upstairs, we kindly ask you to keep an extra eye on your kids for their safety during your stay. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we want to ensure everyone's well-being. If any accidents occur, kindly note that they will be beyond our control. Parents are advised to supervise closely, as the property does not assume responsibility for incidents. - Cultural Respect and Conduct Guests are expected to respect Balinese culture and customs. This includes dressing appropriately in public areas (no nudity) and behaving in a respectful and considerate manner towards others. Any incidents of harassment or criminal behavior will be handled in accordance with Indonesian law.
