Two bedrooms with flexible floor plan as the second bedroom is separate from living area by curtains and can be open as kid’s play room if required. All beds have mattress toppers and mattress protectors for comfort and hygiene. Leather lounge can be converted to double bed. The master room has direct access to the balcony. Each room has dedicated working desk with lamp. Open living room/dining area and kitchen can see the sunrise in the morning and sunset at evening. Living area has new 55 inch smart TV with Netflix, leather armchair and lounge for comfortable sitting and chatting. Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker and electric oven, plus high pressure multi-function rice cooker, blender, cooking pots, pans and trays to make delicious family meal. Kids have their own dinning ware if prefer. Drinking station has coffee machine and spring water with limited supply of coffee capsules, chocolate capsules as well as milo and different varieties of tea bags. Complimentary cereal, rice, one bottle wine and one plate of seasonal fruits welcome our guest Brand new 10kg washing machine and heat pump dryer make daily wash quick and easy with fully supplied laundry cleaning products ( laundry powder, in wash booster and sanitizer) and clothes airer. Large than average bathroom has full-size bath tub and shower cubicle, supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. To keep the apartment clean, there are handheld vacuum cleaner, broom and mop for guests to use as well as disinfectant wipes. Last but not least, we believe our apartment is very suitable for family holiday or a group of friends. We can cater for kids’ needs to provide suitable toys and books to keep them busy and happy.
