Refusal to complete this required step, will result in cancellation of your reservation. Reserve this Gulf view redecorated 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo that sleeps 8. Location is great for families or friends on a fun trip to take in all Destin has to offer! Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the harbor from either of the two enormous wrap-around balconies. This gorgeous unit is well appointed with high speed wi-fi, 65” 4KHD smart TV with Blue Ray player in great room and large flat screen smart TVs with Blue Ray players in each of the three bedrooms. The Master is beautifully furnished with a King sized bed and walk-in closet. The master suite is also equipped with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The second Master bedroom has a King sized bed, it’s own private bathroom and private Gulf facing wrap around balcony. The third bedroom is equipped with a twin over full bunk bed and trundle with an attached full bathroom of its own. The condo also has full size washer and dryer and wireless internet. The amenities of Harbor Landing are at your disposal; grills, large pool, hot tubs, and exercise room. It’s a quick water taxi from the condo docks on the harbor side down to all the restaurants and shops of Harbor Walk. Hit the town at night or stay in and enjoy the large west facing balcony to watch the sunset and fireworks over Destin harbor. This unit will be the one you will want to return to year after year. Smoking/vaping prohibited in the condo and on-site. Guest access You must check-in at our office located at 842 Highway 98 East, Destin, FL 32541. (Some navigation systems use 842 Harbor Blvd.). If you are arriving after 5 pm you will find a packet with your key and information in the lockbox located in the breezeway. Please call our office in advance for the combination. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. On Saturdays, guests will not be allowed to go to the property prior to 5 pm. Complexes will no longer allow guests on site until their unit is ready. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in's that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver's license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in. Other things to note Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
