The living room is filled with several antiques collected by the home owners. The 3 bedrooms located on the ground floor by the living room boast minimal interiors and ensuite bathrooms for added convenience and privacy. Make your way to the patio with the open-air living and dining space which overlooks the pool and lawn. Guest access Guests have access to all areas except the kitchen. Parents of infants can use the kitchen to prepare meals or heat up milk. Other things to note Room amenities include extra bedding, air conditioners, work desk WiFi, and private closets. The Home Owners have friendly indie dogs on the property along with several roosters. 4 cars can be parked on-site free of any additional charges. The indoor dining table is in the kitchen on the right side of the living room. Villa amenities include air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor living and dining area, a barbecue, al-fresco dining, a backyard with artificial grass, a swimming pool, a bonfire, and indoor games like board games and outdoor activities like cycling. In case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hrs of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown. Free use of the cycles available at the property. To address the water shortage in Alibaug and promote eco-friendliness, the home's garden has been adorned with artificial grass, which serves as an environmentally conscious alternative to real grass. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. In anticipation of potential power interruptions, our diligent villa staff will be on standby to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. Our reliable power backup system will kick in swiftly. To maintain the stability of the backup system and protect all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in refraining from using certain high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers during these periods.
