There are several “on the beach” restaurants such as The Crab Trap, Pompano Joes, Capt. Dave’s, Kenny D’s and Camilles at Crystal Beach. Destin Commons, Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf & Silver Sands Mall are all within a few minutes drive from the home. Each offers retail stores, restaurants, movie theaters, splash pad for the kids and more! It is less than a mile to popular places such as Whole Foods, Starbucks, Chipotle and Sonic. (Just to name a few) Within a short drive, you can also visit Destin Harbor with its boardwalk, restaurants and bars, zip line, escape rooms and activities for the kids. A variety of watersport options are also available nearby. These include jet ski rentals, paddle boarding, snorkeling and boat rentals (to enjoy the Gulf or to explore Crab Island). You will also find mini-golf, go-karts, shopping, arcades, bowling and other fun activities for the family to enjoy. You can rent a golf cart, bikes or a car to cruise up and down the beach road to enjoy the views of Scenic 98. Uber and Lyft are available but availability might be limited during peak season. VPS (Destin/Fort Walton Airport) - 18 miles, 34 minutes Pensacola airport - 78 miles, 1 hour and 20 minutes PCB Airport - 48 miles, 1 hour The Red Tape: ▪️RENTAL AGREEMENT - Renter must sign a rental agreement within 24 hours after booking. Your reservation is not complete until signed. We will send you a link after booking with instructions. ▪️PRIMARY GUEST must be at least 25 years of age to reserve, rent, and must be present during the entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students ▪️NO SMOKING - If you smoke inside the home you will be charged a large fee and an extra cleaning fee. ▪️NOISE ORDINANCE - We want you to enjoy your vacation but please know that there is a City of Destin noise ordinance beginning at 10PM. Please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet time is 10PM - 8AM. ▪️NO PARTIES - Events or parties are prohibited by AirBNB and by us. ▪️MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - Permitted Occupancy is 16. Exceeding 16 people will result in a fine by local authorities and you will also be asked to leave without a refund per city regulations. ▪️PARKING - Parking is available for 4 VEHICLES in the driveway. Please do not bring more than 4 vehicles. Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalks, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it. ▪️NO EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT - We host a lot of guests full-time and our cleaning crew needs the full time to get the space ready for you.
