Partially renovated 70 sq mt flat in a historical building next to the Church of Bruno, the highest point of town. Living room, kitchen and dining/work table, good to relax work or entertain. Totallly separate bedroom witlh walk in shower cabin and small WC. The flat is located within wine routes, trekking paths and biking circuits. I live 1 km away and you can use my 19 x 6 mt pool. (available for your use but not a listed amenity of the flat) The space The flat has been renovated in April 2023, and it is located in a 300 years old listed building which has NOT been renovated. Expect super charming but old public spaces, clean but OLD staircases, squeaky doors and windows (no double glass) The kitchen, the kitchen appliances, bathroom, sanitaries, and taps are all new. The place is clean and renovated, but old bricks always drop a bit of dust. All the original furniture has been cleaned and newly restaured. Expect the charm of an OLD building, not the Armani Hotel please. Also, please note the surroundings may be wild at times and wild animals and insects run free in the open areas Guest access The flat is accessed from the street via a large pair of wooden doors that lead to a public staircase. Half a flight of stairs up and you are in front of your door. To access the courtyard, you go down 2 flights of stairs. the courtyard is shared with possibly 2 other guests. The courtyard is NOT fenced off. We love our pets to sleep with us, but if you prefer not to, there is a very large shed where they can sleep if you dont want them to sleep with you. While we looove our furry friends, in order to be fair to other guests, furry friends are not allowed in or directly on the bed, sofas or tables or furniture in general, as they may leave hair behind which is extremely difficult to clean. Other things to note YOU MAY FIND ANIMAL HAIR. his is a furry friends friendly environment and inasmuch as we clean after every guests, and we dont allow pets in or on the bed and furniture, pet hair may remain in crevisses and hidden corners of upholstery.
