We value clear expectations: A rented camper is located across the driveway. A family home sits at the bottom of the hill on the property. Limited tractor-trailer parking is rented off to the side of the property (typically 2–3 trucks, minimal traffic). The garage is currently not available for guest use unless a 30 day notice is provided. The home itself is set back and offers a semi-private feel while still being conveniently located. Guest access Guests have full access to the home with the exception of a few closets and the attic. The garage is locked and not included in the rental. It may be available for an additional $200 fee upon request with advanced notice. Other things to note A Note About Updates - While the home is clean, comfortable, & spacious, some cosmetic features are dated. We are gradually making updates & improvements. If modern finishes are a priority for you, please feel free to reach out w/ any questions before booking. Pool Note: During colder months, the pool is not routinely maintained for daily use. If you plan to use it, please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly. We will not be able to accommodate any requests if the pool is frozen. Hot Tub: Available upon request so we can ensure it is properly serviced before your stay. During the summer months it will be ready for use. Garage Note: 3 car garage that is used for event room for get togethers, baby showers, reunions, and much more requires an extra $200.00 rental fee. Currently it is closed for the winter but with a 30 day or more notice we would have it ready for your event.
