Located at the back of the house, with direct access to the backyard, it offers a more relaxed atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the street. ☀️ It has a double bed, fans, a kitchenette with an electric grill for preparing simple meals, and a functional counter that you can use as a breakfast bar or work area. 🍳 The kitchenette is great for preparing something simple; in addition, you will have access to a shared kitchen with a gas stove for more convenient cooking. 🛁 The full bathroom is located opposite the bedroom and is shared with only one other room (maximum 2 people). The window overlooking the courtyard has a protective film that allows natural light to enter without compromising the privacy of the space. 🌙 In addition, right outside the room, you will find a small outdoor area with a table and chairs, ideal for having coffee, relaxing, or enjoying some time outdoors. ✨ It is part of a remodeled old house, filled with plants and offering a peaceful atmosphere. 🌿 You will have access to shared areas such as the fully equipped kitchen, interior patio, and terrace, which are ideal for relaxing, reading, or working. 🤍 📍Location: We are located in Colonia Americana, very close to downtown, in a well-connected area surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and cultural venues. Guest access During your stay at Casa Amma, you will have clean towels, bed linen, toilet paper and soap at your disposal. (♻️ Use them with respect and awareness) You'll also have access to all the common areas, designed for your comfort: • A fully equipped shared kitchen, with a gas stove — ideal for preparing more elaborate dishes — utensils, natural water and some basic condiments. • A roof garden full of plants, perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade in a quiet atmosphere. • A small but charming interior courtyard, ideal for getting some air or resting for a while. • And a cozy foyer that welcomes you every time you enter the house. During your stay If you need assistance, our offices are right in front of the house and we will be happy to assist you: • Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. • Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Sundays and holidays our offices remain closed.) I will also be available via Airbnb chat for any questions or clarifications. For logistical and safety reasons, we ask that all communication be through this medium. Still, for your peace of mind, we will share the guest service number, available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. to support you in whatever you need during your stay. In addition, we have a person who lives in front of the house (in charge of maintaining tranquility and security, during the nights) and can support you in case of an emergency.
