Welcome to The Cozy Hutt Home, your home away from home. It is a compact two-bedroom flat with own kitchen. Cook your comfort food or simply order online from your favorite take away shops close by. You won't miss your favorite TV shows on Netflix or YT videos with the provided Smart TV. It is just a 2-min drive going to the City Centre and close to transport links - rail, bus or motorway. The popular Brewtown is also nearby as well as the cycle trail, parks and kids playgrounds. The space There are two rooms available. Each has queen bed with pillows, bed linens, heater and electric blanket. The first room has a work desk and a comfy chair if you need to work or quickly catch up on your emails. Please note though that the second room with a queen bed setup is smaller suitable for 1 adult or two kids. A cot is available on request. There is a sofa-bed in the lounge and a 43-inch Smart TV. You can sign in with your own Netflix/Sky account or use ours if you don't have one. You can watch using Freeview for NZ channels or simply tune in to your favorite YouTube channel. A ducted heat-pump to keep you warm is installed in the living/dining room. Infinity hot water also installed. Yep, there is WI-FI, unlimited and included. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster if you like to cook. Plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, pots and pans are available for your use. Plenty of takeaway shops and food nearby. Order online via Uber Eats, Drive-thru or Dine-in with your favorite fast food shops - McDonalds, KFC, Subway, Aroy, Thai Restaurant fish and chips Quick list: - Kitchen with fridge, microwave, cooker and oven - Cooking/Eating utensils available - Dining table - Bathroom with washing machine - 2 bedroom - Free WiFi - 43 inch Smart TV - One bedroom has work desk and comfy chair - Free Parking available - Close to town - small outdoor space Guest access Free parking on site and plenty on-street parking in-front of the property. No reservation required. The foot path going to the unit is shared with Flat 1. Please ensure the driveway is clear after offloading your stuff. The flat has a smart lock installed for easy key less entry. Your passcode will be provided once your final booking is confirmed and close to your booking dates. It has its own kitchen and private bathroom. There is also a lounge with TV for entertainment and a dining space. The outdoor area is not yet available for use and we are hoping to get it ready for the next season. Other things to note There are two units in the property and we live next door. :) We have a small dog, a 4-year old bichon frise that can be barky sometimes when seeing new people, just his way of saying hello. So, please always keep the gates shut. The property is close to the main road so you may hear traffic early morning. Saves us the alarm clock. Plenty of trees in the surrounding area so if you are lucky you may hear tuis and kakas singing and performing. :) We recently notice ants in the kitchen. We have already setup ant bait around the unit. Please keep the counter top clean from sweets and crumbs. For security and safety purposes, we recently installed security cameras outside the property. Please let us know if you have concerns. Thank you.
