Self-catering guest annex

Enjoy village life in our nestled-away guest annex in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Located in the idyllic village of Aldborough and only 10 minutes drive from the coast, we offer peace and privacy with your own double bedroom, ensuite, living room, and self-catering kitchen area. Popular beach holiday locations such as Cromer and Sheringham are only 10-15 minutes away and the Weavers way walking paths are on our doorstep. A third or 4th person can be accommodated on a pull out bed. The space The bedroom compromises a double bed with wardrobe space and garden views and an en suite with a toilet, shower and sink. The living room compromises a sofa with a two person pull out bed and with freeview tv. The kitchen comprises of a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, washing up sink and cupboard storage space. Guest access The whole of the annex space is for the guest. The garden, bbq and sitting area is also available to use. Other things to note The annex is adjoined with a walkway porch that is attached to the main house itself which only has myself living in it but otherwise is completely private. Noise is generally not an issue and cannot be heard by myself but this is obviously within reason.
